Preparation for Your IUD/IUS Appointment
Hormonal IUS or contraceptive implant:

Mirena $380, and Kyleena $375 may be purchased at our clinic for cash only.
Contraceptive implants must be purchased from a pharmacy with a prescription. Please schedule an appointment with our clinic in advance to obtain your prescription.
Please note:
A urine pregnancy test must be completed at our clinic immediately before insertion.
An insertion or removal cannot be guaranteed. The physician may postpone or decline the procedure if concerns arise during the medical assessment.
